The purpose is to integrate "crude extracts", "pure compounds" and "related chemically synthesized derivatives" of natural products from Chinese herbal medicine, marine organisms and microorganisms from domestic academic units and research institutions to summarize and preserve Taiwan's important biological resources. The database has functions such as drug sample data query, management, analysis, and matching, and can provide the academic research community and industry with queries on drug structure, drug physicochemical properties, and biological activity. This matching function can conduct cross-field exchanges and effectively increase the subsequent development of "drugs" to enhance domestic drug research and development capabilities and competitiveness.
